1. Operator

BDM Data Systems is the public-facing name used for services operated by BĂLTOIU DAN-MIHAI PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, booking a call, or working with BDM Data Systems, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or request services.

3. Services

BDM Data Systems provides custom dashboards, reporting systems, workflow automations, internal tools, and data infrastructure consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms are agreed separately for each engagement.

4. Bookings

Calls booked through the calendar are used to understand your current systems, bottlenecks, and potential project fit. Booking a call does not create a paid engagement unless both parties agree to a written scope or commercial arrangement.

5. Fees and payment

Paid work begins only after the scope and payment terms are confirmed. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due according to the payment schedule stated in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Free discovery calls can be rescheduled or cancelled before the booked time. Refunds for paid services are handled according to the refund and cancellation policy linked in the footer.

7. Client materials and access

You are responsible for providing accurate information, data samples, system access, and feedback needed to complete the work. BDM Data Systems will treat private business information with care and use it only for the agreed work.

8. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, final deliverables created and paid for by the client may be used by the client for their business. BDM Data Systems retains ownership of reusable methods, templates, internal tooling, know-how, and pre-existing materials.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or services for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, unauthorized data access, or any work that would violate applicable laws, platform terms, or security requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

Services are provided with professional care, but BDM Data Systems does not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or operational outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Romanian law, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Disputes should first be handled in good faith through direct communication.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date above.
